In the unlikely event that you must cancel, shorten, or change your stay, the following policies apply:
Standard Cancellation: If notification of a cancellation is received at least seven (7)
days
prior to the arrival date, there is no further charge (the 20% deposit is retained).
Late Cancellation/Changes: If notification of a cancellation or changes to a
reservation
are received three (3) days or less prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the
original reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
Special Packages, Events, & October: For bookings during the month of October, as
well
as designated special packages or events, cancellation notice must be received at least
fourteen (14) days prior to arrival for no charge. Cancellations within seven (7) days of
arrival will result in a charge of the full amount of the original reservation.
Early Departure: Early departures fall within our cancellation policy; No refunds will
be
issued for premature departures.
Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by phone.
Third-Party Reservations: Reservations booked through online travel agencies or
third-party vendors are non-
refundable and subject to the policies of the booking platform.
Policy Changes: Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
Guest Agreement: By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read,
understand, and
agree to The Henderson's Cancellation Policy.
Is breakfast Included in our stay?
A complimentary gourmet breakfast is included with all room types except for basic queen rooms. Breakfast is served between 8am & 9am. If you require an earlier mealtime, please let us know and we will do our utmost to accommodate.
What time is check in/check out?
Check-in: 3:00 PM. If arriving after hours, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM
What are your pet policies?
Pet reservations MUST be made via telephone. If you are bringing a pet, please give us a call
and we will make your full reservation for you.
Two pet limit per room and pets must be 25Lb and under.
There is a $35 one-time pet fee during your stay. This will be added to your total bill when you
check out.
All pets must have updated vaccinations and be flea-free.
Pets must be in a carrier or on a leash anytime they are in a public area.
Any waste in outdoor areas must be immediately removed and disposed of.
Do you allow Alcohol or Food from outside to be consumed on property?
We do not, however we do have wine, beer and charcuterie/macarons & chocolate strawberries for purchase during the hours when our restaurant is closed and we have a full bar and menu during dining hours.
Do you offer AAA, AARP or other discounts?
We do not as we are a small independent property and unlike the large chain hotels we aren't affiliated with these programs.
What are the hours of operation for the restaurant?
Harvey's restaurant is open Thursday through Saturday for dinner from 5pm to 8pm and Sunday brunch from 10am to 1pm.
